We want you to be happy with Estate-HQ. Here's exactly how refunds work.
Every new agency gets 14 days free with no card required. There's nothing to refund — if it isn't right for you, just don't pick a plan.
If you start a paid subscription and decide within 14 days that it's not for you, email [email protected]. We'll refund the full amount of that first invoice — no questions, no friction.
Renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel any time from your billing page to stop further charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
The 14-day window applies to the very first annual invoice. After that, we don't pro-rate annual fees if you cancel mid-year.
If we fail to deliver the service due to an extended outage or our error (not a customer-side issue), we'll credit your account or refund the affected period. Just email support.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method via Revolut.
