We provide a hosted real estate CRM for UK letting agents. The features available depend on your plan. We may improve, change, or remove features at our discretion; we'll give 30 days' notice for any material reductions.
You must provide accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The user who originally signs up is the "agency owner" and has full control including billing and deletion.
Plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may switch plans or periods any time from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then. After cancellation we retain your data for 30 days so you can reactivate or export it.
The first paid period of any plan is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable but you can cancel any time to stop further charges. See our full refunds policy.
You retain ownership of all data you put into Estate-HQ. We act as a data processor on your behalf — see our DPA. You can export everything at any time via your account.
Don't use Estate-HQ for unlawful activity, don't share your account with another agency, don't try to break or reverse-engineer the service, don't send unsolicited bulk email through the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
We provide the service "as is". Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we can't legally exclude.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to the agency owner at least 30 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
