What about my landlord/tenant portals? Will they break?

No. We provide white-label portals on the Agency plan (your branding, your custom domain). Your landlords get statement access; your tenants get rent + maintenance + agreement access — all on your domain, not ours.
Do you handle the Renters Reform Bill 2026 changes?

How do you make money at £29/mo?

Volume + add-ons. Subscription revenue covers the platform; add-ons (referencing, RTR, credit checks) cover the variable cost-of-goods. Most agencies pay £29-£79/mo subscription + £30-£200/mo on add-ons. Total bill: a fraction of Reapit, with a similar feature set.
What if I outgrow you?

You will not. The Agency plan handles unlimited everything. If you genuinely need bespoke enterprise integration (CRM-to-warehouse-management, multi-jurisdiction tax, etc.) we will tell you and you should look at Reapit. For 99% of UK letting agents that is not the situation.
