• EICR — Electrical Installation Condition Report (5-year)
• Gas Safety — annual
• HMO licence — varies by council
• How-to-Rent — guide version date
• PAT — Portable Appliance Testing

Reminders

By default, owners get email reminders at:

• 90 days before expiry — early warning
• 60 days — schedule the renewal
• 30 days — urgent
• 14 days — final

Toggle each window at Settings → Compliance → Reminder windows.

Storing the certificate

Upload the PDF when you add the certificate. It's linked to the property and visible to the tenant in their portal (so they have proof of compliance on demand).
