Tenant portal

Tenants sign in to see:

• Their tenancy + rent ledger
• All agreement PDFs + documents
• Compliance certificates for their property
• Log maintenance issues (photos + description)
• Update their contact details
• Pay rent (if you've enabled the payment integration)

Landlord portal

Landlords see:

• Their properties (linked tenants + rent received)
• Monthly + annual statements as PDFs
• Maintenance jobs awaiting their approval
• Documents you've shared

How to invite

For a tenant: open their record → Send portal invite. They get a token-signed email and pick a password.

For a landlord: same — landlord record → Send portal invite.

Branding the portal

Each portal shows your agency logo + colour scheme. Set at Settings → Branding.
