Google Calendar — sync inspections + reviews

What this does

Every time you create or reschedule an inspection in Estate-HQ, the event appears in the connected Google Calendar within a few seconds. Each event uses a stable iCalUID so reschedules update the same event instead of duplicating.

This is write-only — we never read your Google Calendar events, never see your other appointments, and never list calendars other than the connected user's primary.

Setup (2 minutes)

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar in Estate-HQ. 2. Click Connect Google Calendar →. 3. Sign in with the Google account whose calendar you want events to appear on (usually the agency owner's). 4. Tick the consent for "Manage events on your calendars". 5. You'll be redirected back. Status shows Connected. 6. Hit Test connection to confirm.

What gets pushed

Currently: Inspections (when scheduled_at is set).

Each event has:

• Title: 🔍 Inspection — <property title>
• Description: the inspector name + the property
• Start/end: the scheduled time + 1 hour

Tenancy reviews and viewings will sync too once those features have a scheduled_at (on the roadmap).

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect. Tokens wiped, future events stop syncing. Past events stay in your Google Calendar (we don't delete them).
