Sign up

Head to estate-hq.com/signup, pick a plan, fill in your details. No card needed for the trial. You'll land on the onboarding wizard.

Add your first property

From the sidebar click Properties → + New property. Enter:

• Address line 1 + postcode (the rest auto-fills)
• Property type (flat, house, HMO, etc.)
• Bedrooms / bathrooms

Save and you're done.

Create a tenancy

Click into the property → + New tenancy. Add the tenant(s), start date, monthly rent, deposit. The system creates a rent schedule automatically.

Send the agreement

From the tenancy page click Generate agreement → Send for signature. The tenant gets an email with a secure link to e-sign. Once signed, the PDF lands in their portal + your documents tab.

That's the core loop. Everything else (compliance reminders, renewals, maintenance) builds on this.
