Building an agreement

Two ways:

• Template — Use the AST template (or your own) with merge tokens like {{tenant_full_name}} that auto-fill.
• Custom — Build any document in the rich-text editor with your own merge tokens.

Merge tokens

These pull from the tenancy + property + tenant records at PDF generation:

• {{property_address}} — full address
• {{tenant_full_name}} — primary tenant
• {{rent_amount}} — monthly rent
• {{tenancy_start_date}} — formatted date
• {{landlord_name}} — landlord
• Many more — see the picker in the editor.

Multi-party signing

When you click Send for signature, every tenant gets their own signing link. Each must sign before the next sees it. Once all parties sign, the signed PDF lands in your documents tab + each signer's portal.

Your logo on the PDF

The agreement PDF uses your agency logo (uploaded at Settings → Branding). Each branch can also override with a different logo for per-branch branding.
